A civil engineering graduate of Universidad Autonoma de Aguascalientes, Mexico with a specialty in hydraulics and irrigation, Israel steers Conserve's reputation for quality and plays an integral role behind the scenes. A musician in his spare time, he plans to get his master's degree.
